The Democratic party decided long ago to do the race-hustle for election 2016.. The false race narrative was always a key to Democrat election victory. they decided to stack the deck in election 2016 with almost all race cards.

The deep pockets behind Black Lives matter along the open support of big labor really helped with the ground game.  I should also mention some of the rest of the Occupy coalition such as illegal immigration supporters and the LGBT community. Academia helped with manufacturing the scripts and the 'studies' and these factoids were eagerly parrotted by their allies in the media.  Besides the street charades of BLM, the media insist the protests aren't violent and academia generates the next talking points.

Not a quote - parody

Rep. Chaka Fattah (D-Pa.) is resigning effective immediately, he announced Thursday, after initially seeking to remain in Congress despite his conviction on corruption charges.

"In my previous letter I indicated a later resignation date in order to provide for an orderly transition of my office after 21 years in the House," he wrote in a letter to Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.).
"However, out of respect for the entire House Leadership, and so as not to cause a distraction from the House's work for the people, I have changed my effective date."

Fattah first submitted his resignation on Wednesday, but said he would remain in office — and collect a salary — until Oct. 1 to ensure "proper transmission of information and archiving of government documents after more than two decades in service."
Ryan rejected that timeline and urged Fattah to step down immediately.

"Mr. Fattah has betrayed the trust of this institution and the people of Pennsylvania, and for that he should resign immediately from the House of Representatives," Ryan said in a statement. "We must hold members to the highest ethical standard and I hope that Democratic leaders will join me in seeking his immediate resignation."
Democrats, meanwhile, declined to publicly push Fattah out the door.

A Philadelphia jury on Tuesday convicted Fattah on 29 counts of bribery, racketeering, money laundering and fraud. Each conviction carries a possible sentence of 20 years in prison.

Fattah could appeal his conviction ahead of the sentencing on Oct. 4.

President Bill Clinton Orders Military Strikes Against Iraq's WMD Programs in 1998

A few years before President George W. Bush sought the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002 , the Democrat President Bill Clinton was attacking Iraq because of their WMD programs.

On December 16, 1998, President Bill Clinton announced that he has ordered air strikes against Iraq because it refused to cooperate with United Nations (U.N.) weapons inspectors. Clinton’s decision did not have the support of key members of Congress, who accused Clinton of using the air strikes to direct attention away from ongoing impeachment proceedings against him. Just the day before, the House of Representatives had issued a report accusing Clinton of committing “high crimes and misdemeanors” related to the Monica Lewinsky scandal, in which Clinton had–and then lied about–an illicit sexual liaison with an intern in the Oval Office. 

At the time of the air strikes, Iraq was continuing its attempts to build weapons of mass destruction including nuclear, chemical and biological agents. Fearful of Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein’s belligerence, and his penchant for using those weapons against his own people, the U.N. sent in weapons inspectors in 1997. After repeatedly refusing the inspectors access to certain sites, Clinton resorted to air strikes to compel Hussein to cooperate.

Ultimately, the American public’s attention, and that of the press, stayed fixated on Clinton and his battle to save his presidency. Both the air strikes and the impeachment threat proved anti-climactic. Clinton was acquitted by the Senate in February 1999 and the air strikes on Iraq failed to intimidate Hussein into allowing weapons inspectors full access to Iraq’s weapons facilities.

In Latest Embarrassment, House Dems Display Incorrect Confederate Flag

The Democratic party is always eager to pretend to fight racism wherever they can create it.  The latest episode of monumental stupidity shows that the party of the left and their beacon of justice and liberty is powered by a bunch of rather dim bulbs.

House Dems display incorrect Confederate flag

House Democrats referenced the wrong Confederate flag Thursday during a debate over the controversial symbol. 

A photo from floor debates shows a Confederate flag with 17 stars, according to a post on CSPAN’s Instagram account. 

The actual Confederate battle flag had 13 stars, one for each of the states that seceded from the Union before joining the Confederacy as of late 1861. 

CSPAN’s photo shows a number of House Democrats speaking by a cutout of the incorrect version on Thursday morning. 

Reps. James Clyburn (S.C.), Al Green (Texas), Keith Ellison (Minn.), David Cicilline (R.I.), Eric Swalwell (Calif.), Hakeem Jeffries (N.Y.), Sheila Jackson Lee (Texas) and Terri Sewell (Ala.) all missed the apparent mistake. 

House GOP leaders abruptly canceled a vote Thursday on a spending bill for the Interior Department amid intraparty infighting over displays of the Confederate flag. 

The proposed legislation was shelved after the House moved to vote on an amendment to a measure that would continue allowing the display of the controversial symbol in certain federal cemeteries.

The Democratic party and the opportunists that inhabit its ranks in office and their coalition of astroturf activists know no shame as they peddle distortion after distortion and lie after lie,. from Ferguson to Charlotte.

Anti-Gun Democrat Faces 20 Years in Prison for Involvement in Multi-Million Dollar Weapons Scheme

Democrat Leland Yee, an anti-gun crusading Senator from California agreed to a very lenient plea deal with the government.  The one felony count of racketeering is just a slap on the wrist considering his links to gangsters and Muslim terrorists, let alone committing first degree hypocrisy. The California government is controlled by the Democrats so this special treatment isn't unexpected and the left leaning national media ignoring the story isn't a surprise either.  This coverage from California provides a peek into the fall of Leland Yee.

SAN FRANCISCO  - Former state Sen. Leland Yee faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine after a deal in federal court Wednesday in which he pleaded guilty to one felony count of racketeering.   

The San Francisco Democrat was one of more than two dozen people arrested last year as part of a sweeping federal investigation into a Bay Area organized crime ring run by Raymond “Shrimp Boy” Chow, a longtime associate of Yee’s. He will be sentenced on Oct. 21. 

The plea agreement is the culmination of a stunning political collapse for Yee, who spent more than a decade in the Legislature and was running for secretary of state when he was arrested in March 2014. Days later, he was suspended from the Senate with pay, and he served the remaining months of his term in exile. 

Yee declined to speak with the media as he left the courthouse. Before getting into a car waiting out front, he shook hands with two security guards who had escorted him from the building. His attorneys could not be reached for comment. 

At the start of the hearing, Yee briefly sat with the media, smiling and joking. But his demeanor changed as he approached the bench. He spoke quietly, giving mostly one- or two-word answers.
“Guilty,” Yee said, when asked by Judge Charles Breyer how he was pleading.
“Are you pleading guilty of your own free will, because you are guilty?” Breyer asked.
“I am,” Yee said. 

As part of the agreement, Yee admitted to exchanging political favors for campaign contributions, including: 

▪ $10,000 to help a business secure a contract with the California Department of Public Health. According to the revised indictment, Yee met with undercover agents representing a software consulting company client, Well Tech. One of the agents said he wanted to position Well Tech to compete for state grants and contracts. 

▪ $6,800 to issue a proclamation honoring a community organization in Chinatown that prosecutors allege is connected to criminal activities. According to the indictment, Yee gave the proclamation to Chee Kung Tong at a celebration of the group’s anniversary. 

▪ $11,000 to introduce an undercover FBI agent to another state senator with influence over medical marijuana legislation. Senate Minority Leader Bob Huff has said he thinks he was “State Senator 2” in the affidavit. He said he met with Yee and “some long-haired guy in plain clothes” to discuss Republicans’ views on the legislation. 

Yee also admitted to conspiring to extort several individuals who, at the time, had an interest in pending legislation extending the state athletic commission and changing the workers’ compensation program for professional athletes. 

And he acknowledged offering to facilitate a multimillion-dollar arms deal for shoulder-fired missiles and automatic weapons with a source tied to Muslim rebel groups in the Philippines – a particularly bizarre and damaging allegation for the staunch gun-control advocate. 

Experts said Yee likely accepted the plea because of the weight of evidence against him, but were unsure whether it indicated that he had agreed to cooperate with the prosecution going forward. The U.S. attorney’s office in San Francisco declined to comment.

Democrat Fraudster & Rapist (Sentence Commuted by Bill Clinton) in Trouble Again

Another Democrat is in the news today.  Of course this rapist, liar, fraudster and tax cheat is a friend of the Clintons and has a lot in common with Bill Clinton, the former Rhodes Scholar.

Former Rep. Mel Reynolds (D-Ill.) was indicted Friday on charges that he didn’t file federal income tax returns for four straight years. 

The grand jury indictment states that Reynolds, who served in Congress from 1993 to 1995, failed to file returns from 2009 to 2012, the Associated Press reported. 

While no arraignment date has been set, each of the four counts carries a maximum sentence of one year in prison and $250,000 fine on conviction. 

The 63-year-old former lawmaker and Rhodes Scholar was previously convicted by a state court in 1995 on sexual assault and sexual abuse charges involving an underage campaign volunteer who worked on his 1992 run. 

Reynolds was sentenced to five years in prison and forced to resign from Congress. While in prison, he was convicted of, among other things, bank fraud and making false statement to the Federal Election Commission. 

President Clinton eventually commuted his sentence. 

In 2012, Reynolds launched an unsuccessful bid for to return to Congress, after former Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-Ill.) resigned from his post after pleading guilty to misusing $750,000 in campaign funds. 

Last year, Reynolds was arrested and jailed in Zimbabwe on charges he had sexually explicit photos and videos on his mobile phone in violation of a censorship law, according to the Chicago Tribune. 

Authorities dropped the pornography charges and Reynolds pleaded guilty to a lesser visa violation. He was deported back to the U.S.

Back then, he held up his willingness to call it a "genocide" as an example of why he was the kind of truth-telling candidate the nation needed. 

In 2006, after the U.S. Ambassador to Armenia was asked to resign for using the term Armenian genocide, then-Sen. Obama hammered the Bush administration for not taking a stand. 

"The Armenian genocide is not an allegation, a personal opinion, or a point of view, but rather a widely documented fact supported by an overwhelming body of historical evidence," he said.

Kentucky Democratic Senate candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes refused multiple times to say whether she voted for President Obama during a Thursday interview with the Louisville Courier-Journal editorial board.


"You know, this election isn't about the president," she said in response to a question on whether she voted for the president in 2008 and 2012.

"It's about making sure we get Kentuckians back to work," she went on to say before being interrupted by the interviewer.

IV.     HAVING DONE ALL THIS, I WOULD MAKE OUR FASTEST GROWING DEMOGRAPHIC GROUP THE LEAST EDUCATED - I WOULD ADD A SECOND UNDERCLASS, UNASSIMILATED, UNDEREDUCATED, AND ANTAGONISTIC TO OUR POPULATION. I WOULD HAVE THIS SECOND UNDERCLASS HAVE A 50% DROP OUT RATE FROM SCHOOL.

V.     I WOULD THEN GET THE BIG FOUNDATIONS AND BIG BUSINESS TO GIVE THESE EFFORTS LOTS OF MONEY. I WOULD INVEST IN ETHNIC IDENTITY, AND I WOULD ESTABLISH THE CULT OF VICTIMOLOGY. I WOULD GET ALL MINORITIES TO THINK THEIR LACK OF SUCCESS WAS ALL THE FAULT OF THE MAJORITY - I WOULD START A GRIEVANCE INDUSTRY BLAMING ALL MINORITY FAILURE ON THE MAJORITY POPULATION.

VI.     I WOULD ESTABLISH DUAL CITIZENSHIP AND PROMOTE DIVIDED LOYALTIES. I WOULD "CELEBRATE DIVERSITY." "DIVERSITY" IS A WONDERFULLY SEDUCTIVE WORD. IT STRESSES DIFFERENCES RATHER THAN COMMONALITIES. DIVERSE PEOPLE WORLDWIDE ARE MOSTLY ENGAGED IN HATING EACH OTHER-THAT IS, WHEN THEY ARE NOT KILLING EACH OTHER. A DIVERSE," PEACEFUL, OR STABLE SOCIETY IS AGAINST MOST HISTORICAL PRECEDENT. PEOPLE UNDERVALUE THE UNITY IT TAKES TO KEEP A NATION TOGETHER, AND WE CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS MYOPIA. LOOK AT THE ANCIENT GREEKS. DORF'S WORLD HISTORY TELLS US:

HAVING MADE AMERICA A BILINGUAL-BICULTURAL COUNTRY, HAVING ESTABLISHED MULTICULTURALISM, HAVING THE LARGE FOUNDATIONS FUND THE DOCTRINE OF "VICTIMOLOGY", I WOULD NEXT MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO ENFORCE OUR IMMIGRATION LAWS. Democratic members of congress voted Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) the House’s “most clueless Republican,” at a private Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee dinner Tuesday night, an aide said.

At the closed-door event, members were shown a video highlighting Republicans’ “tone-deaf” moments, then given a ballot to vote for the most clueless. Contenders included Arizona Rep. Trent Franks, Texas Reps. Louie Gohmert and Michael Burgess, Colorado Rep. Mike Coffman, Georgia Rep. Phil Gingrey, Kansas Rep. Tim Huelskamp, Michigan Rep. Tim Walberg and Alaska Rep. Don Young, according to the DCCC aide.

Showing the video, DCCC Chairman Steve Israel told the roughly 100 members in attendance the Republicans were “crazy.”
“There is nothing more important about the stakes of this election than what you just saw – they’re in the majority, they’re running this Congress and they’re crazy. And their craziness and chaos is unacceptable to this country – and it’s our job to send them packing,” Israel said.
The DCCC says it will be rolling out a similar campaign to allow supporters to vote regularly on Republican comments.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) called freshman GOP Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) a “schoolyard bully” during a contentious exchange Monday on the Senate floor.
The two senators bickered as Cruz rose to object to Reid’s motion to appoint conferees to a House-Senate budget committee. Cruz said he was concerned that the conference report—which cannot be filibustered—would be used to raise the nation’s debt ceiling. He asked that Reid amend his motion to go to conference to make out of order any provisions raising taxes or raising the debt ceiling. Reid said Cruz had a chance to amend the Senate budget—which raises $975 billion in new tax revenue from tax reform—when it was considered on the floor.
He said Cruz’s request to eliminate all taxes in a final House-Senate budget was absurd.
“The senator from Texas was on the losing side…now he wants us to adopt the losing side’s view or we cannot go to conference,” Reid said.
“My friend from Texas is like a schoolyard bully,” Reid added.

"He pushes everybody around and is losing and instead of playing the game according to the rules, he not only takes the ball home with him, but he changes the rules that way no one wins except the bully who tries to indicate to people that he has won."
Cruz, a Tea Party darling whose rhetoric has sometimes raised eyebrows among Republicans, shot back that “I wasn’t aware we are in the schoolyard.”
Reid cut him off saying “enough.”
Cruz is a rising GOP star whose speaking engagements have some thinking he is plotting a presidential run in 2016.
This is the second time Republicans have blocked an effort to go to conference on the budget.

Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) last month objected to a conference on behalf of Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), the ranking member of the Budget Committee.
“Why are my Republican colleagues so afraid?” Reid asked Monday in making his request. “We have our differences but Democrats aren’t afraid to work out those differences.”
Reid accused the GOP of “whining” about the Senate not producing a budget for four years and then refusing to bring about a conference.
House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) said that he wants a framework agreement before convening a conference committee. Such a framework could facilitate a down payment on the debt, he said.

"About midway through Mitt Romney’s speech to a crowd of as many as 30,000 who had gathered for a chilly, outdoor, red-white-and-blue Friday night rally in this suburb of Cincinnati, close Romney aide Stuart Stevens wandered through the throng by himself, getting a feel for how the audience was reacting to Romney’s words.  Stevens does that sometimes, listening to the thoughts of people who have no idea they’re talking to someone who has Romney’s ear and probably wrote the very phrases they’re hearing.  On Friday, he stepped into the largest gathering that Romney has drawn in the entire campaign.
I ran into Stevens in one corner of the crowd, and we chatted a little.  Romney, he said, was using his last campaign days “to remind people of the basic choice — it’s a status quo versus change election, always has been.”  Then Stevens grew quiet as Romney reached a critical part of the speech.
“Now, throughout this campaign President Obama has tried to convince you that these last four years have been a success,” Romney said.
“There it is — that’s it,” Stevens whispered.
“He wants to take all the things he did in his first term — the stimulus, the borrowing, ‘Obamacare,’ all the rest — and then try them all over again,” Romney said.
The crowd booed.
“But our big dreams will not be satisfied with the small agenda that’s already failed us,” Romney continued.  “And today — did you see what President Obama said today? He asked his supporters to vote for revenge — for revenge.”
The audience seemed genuinely stunned, taking in its collective breath.
“Instead, I ask the American people to vote for love of country,” Romney said, drawing the longest and loudest applause of the night.
Stevens seemed enormously satisfied with Romney’s performance.  A few hours later, that portion of Romney’s speech would become a 30-second commercial for the closing days of the campaign....."
