Robert Mueller's Mob Man Murdered

What a great week in the news for Robert Mueller , the lead witch-hunter against Trump.
An embarrasment from his past was murdered in prison. Yes, James 'Whitey' Bulger has died.

In 2001, the four men convicted of Teddy Deegan’s murder were exonerated. Turned out the FBI let them take the rap to protect one of their informants, a killer named Vincent “Jimmy’’ Flemmi, who just happened to be the brother of their other rat, Stevie Flemmi. Thanks to the FBI’s corruption, taxpayers got stuck with the $100 million bill for compensating the framed men, two of whom, Greco and Tameleo, died in prison.

Albano was appalled that, later that same year, Mueller was appointed FBI director, because it was Mueller, first as an assistant US attorney then as the acting US attorney in Boston, who wrote letters to the parole and pardons board throughout the 1980s opposing clemency for the four men framed by FBI lies.

Of course, Mueller was also in that position while Whitey Bulger was helping the FBI cart off his criminal competitors even as he buried bodies in shallow graves along the Neponset.

“Before he gets that extension,’’ Mike Albano said, “somebody in the Senate or House needs to ask him why the US Attorney’s office he led let the FBI protect Whitey Bulger.’’
One lingering question for FBI director Robert Mueller

While the chatter about allegations of a sexual nature against Mueller and payments made for false witness started to swirl, Whitey Bulger was trasferred and murdered. Now, who can question Mueller's integrity and the validity of the Trump Putin collusion witch-hunt ?

Fly Ruins German Domino World Record Atempt

That is correct. Not Marty, not SUPER, not THE FLY bu in a victory for the ordinary fly a brilliant sabotage of a recent German world record domino attempt. As repoorted .....

An errant fly ruined a world record domino attempt in Germany on Friday.
Participants at a domino event in the town of Nidda, near Frankfurt, were attempting to beat the record for the most mini-dominoes to fall in one go. But a fly landed on one of the tiny dominoes triggering the chain reaction before they had completed the set-up.
"The fly triggered the chain reaction prematurely," organizer Patrick Sinner told DPA news agency on Saturday. "There was no more time to set up all the little tiles again."
The tiles they were using were no bigger than a little finger nail.
Participants did however manage to set four world records in a single run, including the longest domino chain reaction. The run used 596,229 tiles and took 15 minutes to complete.
The chain reaction also set the record for longest domino wall, the largest spiral and the largest domino cube.
The event involved around 20 participants working over two weeks. The team were reportedly set back a day after the premature collapse of a major element of the run.

Next time zip it up and fly strip t up.

Whiskey Distiller's Aging Warehouse Crumbles

July 4th - A different kind of bourbon boom .....

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Kentucky officials say the final collapse of a whiskey storage warehouse sent torrents of spirits gushing into retention ponds. A storage structure for aging bourbon for the Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown suffered partial structural failure in late June, and the rest of decades-old structure came crashing down earlier this week, leaving thousands of whiskey barrels piled in a mountainous heap.

Ex-Spokane NAACP head Rachel Dolezal charged with welfare fraud

The story of Rachel Dolezal continues to be entertaining to say the least. As reproted:

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A one-time civil rights activist in Washington state whose life unraveled after she was outed as a white woman pretending to be black has been charged with welfare fraud.
KHQ-TV reports that Rachel Dolezal, who legally changed her name to Nkechi Diallo in 2016, was charged Tuesday with theft by welfare fraud, perjury and false verification for public assistance.

Court documents say she illegally received $8,747 in food assistance and $100 in childcare assistance from August 2015 through November 2017.
Documents say an investigation into Diallo’s alleged theft started in March 2017 when a state investigator received information that Diallo had written a book that was published.
Documents say Diallo had deposited nearly $84,000 into her bank account without reporting it.
Court documents say Diallo told investigators she “fully disclosed her information” and declined to answer further questions

The race fraud commits welfare fraud.

Richard Armitage Leaked CIA Agent Plame's ID Yet the Scooter Libby Myth Continues

@TheHill Tweets

In fact, this narraitve is false and surprisingly continues to this day. The best part is the article doesn't back up the headline or summary.  First, the article from @TheHill

President Trump is expected to pardon Scooter Libby, the former chief of staff to then-Vice President Dick Cheney, ABC News reported Thursday.
The president has reportedly already signed off on the pardon for Libby, who was convicted in 2007 for lying to the FBI and obstructing justice in the investigation into who leaked the identity of ex-CIA agent Valerie Plame.
Multiple people claimed that Libby leaked Plame's identity to them after he had publicly stated he was not the source of the information.
Former President George W. Bush commuted Libby’s subsequent 30-month prison sentence, but did not pardon him.

Libby would mark Trump’s second pardon of a controversial figure since he took office.
He pardoned former Sheriff Joe Arpaio last August after the former Maricopa County,
Ariz., sheriff had been found guilty of contempt of court after a Justice Department investigation found he racially profiled Latinos.
The New York Times also reported late last month that John Dowd, Trump's former lawyer, discussed with the president last year the possibility of pardoning two former associates who have been caught up in special counsel Robert Mueller's probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
The White House said in response that there has been no consideration or discussion of pardons "at this time."
What a hard hitting article except for the part no evidence he was convicted for leaking the ID of Plame. Just a simple Google search of Richard Armitage and Robert Novak would yield the truth .

Amazing that the Blame Bush and Bash Trump stories still leak into the press so easily.

Border Wall Models Thwart US Commandos in Tests

Some news on the border wall with Mexico that went unnoticed ....

SAN DIEGO (AP) — Recent assaults by tactical teams on prototypes of President Donald Trump's proposed wall with Mexico found their imposing heights should stop border crossers, The Associated Press has learned, a finding that's likely to please security hawks but raise concerns about costs and environmental damage.
Military special forces based in Florida and U.S. Customs and Border Protection special units spent three weeks trying to breach and scale the eight models in San Diego, using jackhammers, saws, torches and other tools and climbing devices, a U.S. official with direct knowledge of the rigorous testing told the AP on condition of anonymity because the information was not authorized for public release.

Each model was to be 18 to 30 feet (5 to 9 meters) high, and contractors built at or near the maximum, which is roughly twice as high as many existing barriers. Ronald Vitiello, the agency's acting deputy commissioner, said after visiting the prototypes in October that he was struck most by their height.
The highly trained testers scaled 16 to 20 feet (5 to 6 meters) unassisted but needed help after that, said the official, who described the assaults on the wall prototypes to the AP. Testers also expressed safety concerns about getting down from 30 feet.
Only once did a tester manage to land a hook on top of the wall without help, the official said. Tubes atop some models repelled climbing devices but wouldn't work in more mountainous areas because the terrain is too jagged.
The findings appear to challenge what Janet Napolitano, now chancellor of the University of California, often said when she was President Barack Obama's homeland security secretary: "You show me a 50-foot wall, and I'll show you a 51-foot ladder."
A Customs and Border Protection report on the tests identifies strengths and flaws of each design but does not pick an overall winner or rank them. The report recommends combining elements of each, depending on the terrain. The official likened it to a Lego design, pulling pieces from different prototypes.
The report favors steel at the ground level because agents can see what is happening on the other side through mesh, and damage can more easily be fixed than concrete, the official said. With concrete, large slabs have to be replaced for even small breaches, which is time-consuming and expensive. Topping the steel with smooth concrete surfaces helps prevent climbing.
Brandon Judd, who heads the union representing border agents, said the recommended height and steel-concrete design make sense. He said people have been able to scale the smaller border walls, which were not put to same degree of testing before construction.
"Not many people are going to attempt to go over 30 feet," said Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council. "I just don't see it happening."

DAPL Protester Accused in Shooting Reaches Plea Deal

The following as reported by the AP
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Denver woman accused of shooting at law officers during protests in North Dakota against the Dakota Access oil pipeline has reached a deal with prosecutors to avoid trial.
Attorneys for Red Fawn Fallis said the decision was based on anti-protester sentiment in the area and unsuccessful attempts to have a judge order the prosecution to turn over more information, including details about an FBI informant Fallis alleges seduced her and owned the gun.
"Red Fawn has been fighting an uphill battle at every stage of this case," her attorneys said in a statement late Tuesday.
U.S. Attorney Chris Myers on Wednesday declined comment until after the case is resolved.

Fallis was to stand trial in federal court in Fargo beginning Jan. 29 on accusations that she fired a handgun three times during her October 2016 arrest. No one was injured.
She earlier pleaded not guilty to civil disorder and weapons charges, including illegal possession of a gun by a convicted felon. She has a 2003 conviction in Colorado for being an accessory to a felony crime.
Fallis is now scheduled to plead guilty Monday in federal court in Bismarck to the civil disorder and gun possession counts. Prosecutors would drop a more serious weapons charge — discharge of a firearm in relation to a felony crime of violence — that carries a minimum prison sentence of 10 years and the possibility of life. Prosecutors also would recommend no more than seven years, according to Fallis' attorneys.
U.S. District Judge Daniel Hovland must approve the plea deal, and he could sentence Fallis to up to 10 years.
"Red Fawn has made the very difficult decision to enter into a plea agreement that still risks significant prison time, but removes the mandatory minimum and the possibility of life imprisonment," her attorneys said.
