Ex-Spokane NAACP head Rachel Dolezal charged with welfare fraud

The story of Rachel Dolezal continues to be entertaining to say the least. As reproted:

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A one-time civil rights activist in Washington state whose life unraveled after she was outed as a white woman pretending to be black has been charged with welfare fraud. 

KHQ-TV reports that Rachel Dolezal, who legally changed her name to Nkechi Diallo in 2016, was charged Tuesday with theft by welfare fraud, perjury and false verification for public assistance. 

Court documents say she illegally received $8,747 in food assistance and $100 in childcare assistance from August 2015 through November 2017. 

Documents say an investigation into Diallo’s alleged theft started in March 2017 when a state investigator received information that Diallo had written a book that was published.
Documents say Diallo had deposited nearly $84,000 into her bank account without reporting it. 

Court documents say Diallo told investigators she “fully disclosed her information” and declined to answer further questions

Is Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King lying about his race?

A white man pretending to be a black man is caught red handed.  From CNN

(CNN) Shaun King, a leading voice in the Black Lives Matter movement, didn't mince words in his response to the allegation that he misrepresented his race and passed for black when he's actually white. 

"The reports about my race, about my past, and about the pain I've endured are all lies," wrote King, who blogs at the Daily Kos. 

"I refuse to speak in detail about the nature of my mother's past, or her sexual partners, and I am gravely embarrassed to even be saying this now, but I have been told for most of my life that the white man on my birth certificate is not my biological father and that my actual biological father is a light-skinned black man," he said.

Got it.  Shaun King refuses to offer any facts to counter the evidence against him.....

King was answering allegations made this week by websites Breibart.com and the Daily Beast that claimed King's father is white. 

Breibart published what it says is King's Kentucky birth certificate, listing Jeffery Wayne King as the father, but the document doesn't list his race. The Daily Beast said public records it reviewed show that King's father is Caucasian. 

Black Lives Matter -- the nationwide rallying cry of activists protesting the killing of unarmed black men by police -- is growing in the limelight and King has been at the center of it, appearing often on television talk shows and at protest sites.

Funny, given that Black Lives Matter and Shaun King gained notoriety based on the 4 Pinocchio LIE of "hands up, don't shoot" and the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson.

NBC's Meet the Press highlighted the demographics of the average Bernie Sanders backer and it was predictable to say the least.. Would you guess that the progressive supporters of the far left populist Bernie Sanders are well off, white liberals with a college degree.  Bernie is a democratic socialist and that mainly  appeals to a demographic called the Liberal Elite.

Barack Obama won a razor-thin victory over Hillary Rodham Clinton in the Democratic primaries seven years ago in large part because black voters supported Mr. Obama by a 5-to-1 margin. Without their support, he would have lost, and lost big — probably by more than 20 points in the national popular vote. 

As a result, many have framed Mr. Sanders’s challenge in racial terms. But his challenge in getting the support of nonwhite voters is not simply a problem of race. It’s primarily a problem with moderate and less educated Democrats, regardless of race, which disproportionately affects his support among nonwhite voters. His challenge among black voters may be no greater than his challenge among ideologically and demographically similar white voters.

The Democrats have spent decades dividing the country by age, race, income, religion and sexual preference so how can they run a campaign in 2016 with only old, white, rich progressives as the only choice to lead the party?
