Obama defends Black Lives Matter

President Obama on Thursday delivered a vigorous defense of the Black Lives Matter movement, which has been criticized by some for its exclusive focus on African-Americans and aggressive tactics. 

The president said Black Lives Matter activists are focusing on problems that exist only in black communities, such as routine police brutality, calling it a “legitimate issue that we’ve got to address.”

“The African-American community is not just making this up,” Obama said during a forum on criminal justice reform hosted by The Marshall Project. “It is real, and there is a history behind it and we have to take it seriously.” 

Obama pointed out that many critics were quick to blame the Black Lives Matter movement for fomenting anti-police sentiment. But he said it’s true purpose is to raise concerns about issues related to practices like stop-and-frisk and the use of excessive force.

Even Obama's DOJ concluded that 'hands up, don't shoot " was a lie that started in Ferguson but that didn't stop the leftist freaks in politics, entertainment and sports from pushing the false narrative about the 'gentle giant'.  The Michael Brown incident proved how invested this administration was in the race hustle and how far it would go to stoke the flames of black racism and hate.


Obama's DOJ and even the left leaning Washington Post called out the Ferguson 4 Pinocchio lie, but that won't stop "black lives matter'  from continuing on peddling more nonsense eagerly backed the the media and supported by the usual suspects on the left.  Now that election 2016 is approaching, the lily white Democratic POTUS candidates must find a way to turn out the black vote and this is just the vehicle.  Black LIES do matter.

Ferguson Police Return Fire, Shoot Man on Anniversary of Michael Brown Death

The race-hustlers were in Ferguson to mark the one year anniversary of Michael Brown robbing a store, attacking a police officer and dying in the process. Michael Brown lived like a thug and died like a thug. It was no surprise that the Black Lives Matter street theater would foment more looting and violence, such as a another attack on police.

Ferguson Police Return Fire Shoot Man on Anniversary of Michael Brown Death 

Ferguson police shot a man on Sunday after he allegedly fired on plainclothes officers in the town marking the one-year anniversary of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown’s fatal shooting. U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch condemned the attack on the officers and other violence that occurred during what was supposed to be peaceful weekend commemorations in Ferguson, Missouri. St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar reported that the man was in critical condition after being shot in Ferguson, Missouri. Belmar said that while uniformed officers were deployed to monitor businesses following protests and reports of looting, four plainclothes officers were tracking an individual they suspected was armed.
The man opened fire on the officers, who were in an unmarked car, according to Belmar. The gunfire struck the police vehicle several times. The officers returned fire and pursued the man on foot. The suspect — who had a stolen 9mm gun — again opened fire and the officers fired back, Belmar said. Belmar added that the police shooting took place after two separate groups in the vicinity had traded a "remarkable" amount of gunfire — between 40 and 50 shots. 

Prosecutors have charged the suspect with four counts of first-degree assault on law enforcement, five counts of armed criminal action and one count of discharging a firearm at a motor vehicle, St. Louis County Police Department spokesman Sgt. Brian Schellman said. Harris is being held on $250,000 bond. A day of peaceful vigils to mark the one-year anniversary of Michael Brown's shooting death turned ugly late Sunday when protesters threw rocks and bottles at officers.

....Some gunfire rang out as reporters were talking to Ferguson's acting police chief, Andre Anderson. A startled Anderson continued speaking with a steady burst of gunfire in the background. Crowds scattered. Detectives in an unmarked SUV turned on its emergency lights and pursued the suspect, only to be shot at, according to Belmar. The bullets hit the vehicle's hood and windshield several times, Belmar said. 

As the detectives got out of the car, the suspect allegedly turned around and fired again. Then he ran toward a fenced area, where he continued firing -- until officers struck him multiple times, Belmar said. The four plainclothes officers involved in the shooting have between six to 12 years of experience, he said. They have been placed on administrative leave. Objects were thrown at police as well as some businesses being damaged, according to the St. Louis County Police Department. Three St. Louis County police officers were injured: One was struck in the face by a brick, while two others were pepper-sprayed.

Harris is being held on a $250,000 bond, Schellman said. He remains in critical condition at a hospital, police said. 

Harris' aunt, Karen Harris, said her nephew attended the protests because he was friends with Brown. Recounting what other family members who were with Tyrone Harris said, the aunt said Tyrone Harris wasn't carrying a gun and never fired at police.

FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — Ferguson protesters are using a roasted pig's head with a police officer's name written on it during a demonstration marking the eve of the one-year anniversary of Michael Brown's shooting death. 

After a peaceful march during the day, hundreds of protesters converged outside the police department after 10 p.m. They carved and ate from the pig's head, which was placed on a concrete barrier near the building. Someone had scrawled the name "Darren Wilson" on the animal. 

Wilson wasn't charged in the Aug. 9, 2014, shooting of the black 18-year-old, whose death galvanized the "Black Lives Matter" movement and months of protests in the St. Louis suburb and beyond. 

About a dozen officers stood watch outside while many others were stationed inside police department.

First,  hands up, don't shoot was always based on a LIE and the Black Lives Matter group is based on a  4 Pinocchio LIE




Then again, the hands up don't shoot LIE was evident from the VERY beginning....

Missouri law enforcement officials on Sunday announced they had apprehended a suspect in the shooting of two police officers in Ferguson last week. 

St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch identified the suspect as Jeffery Williams, 20. McCulloch said Williams was arrested Saturday night. 

McCulloch said police were charging Williams with two counts of first-degree assault, one count of firing a weapon from a vehicle and thee counts of armed criminal action. His bond was set at $300,000. McCulloch added that a 40mm  (sic .40 cal) handgun tied to the attack was recovered.

 Besides the headlines downplaying race in the other media outlets, what else is wrong with these pictures ?

Let's take a look at this tweet and compare it to the charges filed. First, a 20 year old isn't old enough to own a handgun  (No gun charge).    Second, he is on probation but he didn't violate it? .  Third, no hate crime for targeting the WHITE Police Officers? Fourth, no conspiracy charges?

Now we go to facebook to find that the shooter is Facebook friends of the thoroughly discredited LIAR Dorian Johnson who pushed the Hands up, Don't Shoot  LIE.  The Black Lives Matter leaders and protesters weren't concerned about the truth or justice, their only concern was the race hustle and continuing the FALSE Narratives.  When Dorian Johnson was found to be telling LIES to the grand juty, what did the authorities do?  They gave him a government job. 

The Michael Brown shooting LIE was backed by the Obama administration's DOJ led by Eric Holder and Obama's 'race ambassador' Al Sharpton was dispatched to foment the violence and further divide the community.  George Soros helped fund the protests to the tune of $ 33 million dollars.

Jeffery Williams even bragged about looting in Ferguson on his Facebook page. 

The professional protesters consisted of the usual suspects from the previous leftist street theater, which was Occupy Wall Street.  Social justice was the new banner to mobilize the collective.   What did we get ? Riot, arson, assault and murder. The police were the targets, too.

Reuters posts an interesting article that exposes part of the coalition behind the recent protests using the Michael Brown and Eric Garner decisions as a chance to stage protests.  It should be no surprise that it is the same astroturf that brought us the Occupy Wall Street movement before the 2012 elections.

The new 'progressive' Democrats are a marxist collective at it's core, wrapped in a 'social justice' veneer. First a few excerpts from the article. 

New York protests against police violence attract other causes too

(Reuters) - One of the dozens of rallies and marches in New York this week to protest police violence against minorities was organized by members of Occupy Wall Street, the driving force behind worldwide protests over economic inequality in 2011 and 2012. 

In the shadow of the New York Stock Exchange in lower Manhattan, leaders of the rally on Friday made passing references to the chokehold death of Eric Garner, an unarmed black man who white officers were attempting to arrest in July. 

But mostly the speakers focused on Occupy's bread-and-butter issues, denouncing Wall Street greed, low wages paid to workers and "looting" by big banks. 

“For someone coming here for Eric Garner, it can look a bit tangential,” said Brooklyn resident Kaity Lloyd-Styles, 28, who had joined about a hundred protesters under a cold, steady rain. This week's demonstrations were in response to a grand jury's decision not to indict the police officer. 

While thousands have taken to the streets in New York and other cities over the deaths of unarmed black men at the hands of police officers, other social movements and even individuals have sought to hitch their causes to the momentum. 

Sumumba Sobukwe, 46, an Occupy member since 2011, said it was natural to tie all manner of social and economic inequality issues to Garner and the August shooting death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri. 

“The police don’t serve the people, they serve the 1 percent,” he said, referring to an Occupy rallying cry, denouncing the richest few in society.

Lloyd-Styles, a counselor for inmates at Rikers Island prison, said the Garner and Brown deaths are a “stepping stone in a long conversation about social justice in general.”

 Occupy Wall Street was the progressive astroturf answer to the Tea Party for election 2012 and were darlings in the main stream media. A close examination of OWS exposes the current Ferguson and Garner protests for what they are, more marxist street theater right out of the Alinsky Rules for Radicals playbook

The false narratives of  hands up, don't shoot and the 'chokehold' will be repeated over and over by the agitators and useful idiots in the parade of sheeple in the street.  Lets look at the coaliton of communists behind the signs and banners at the protests against the police.

A great piece at Hot Air linking to a CNN article adds another item in the list of shocking distortions,  misrepresentations and outright lies used by the supporters of Michael Brown to push their narrative.   Now Pants Up, Don't Loot.

Readers may not know Shawn Parcells’ name, but those who have followed the Michael Brown case know his work. Parcells worked with the Brown family and pathologist Michael Baden on a private autopsy, the results of which Parcells claimed demonstrated that Brown had been (a) shot in the back and (b) shot with his hands in the air in a position of surrender. Both claims were later discredited by the official autopsy and witness accounts to the grand jury that heard the case, but not before the claims made by Parcells on a number of news shows fueled protests and unrest across the nation.

So who is “Professor” Shawn Parcells? He’s not a professor, he’s not a doctor, and he’s not qualified to work unassisted on autopsies either, as CNN discovered. In fact, his interference in another case allowed a murderer to go free, and the college at which he claims adjunct status says they never hired him in that capacity. Is Shawn Parcells just a remarkable auto-didact, or “a very good con artist” as law enforcement considers him (via Chuck Lane)?

Ending with:

The easiest conclusion one can reach is that the media didn’t feel the need to check into Parcells’ background and claims because he gave them the narrative that they wanted to sell. If that’s the case, then Parcells wasn’t the one running the con.
